My mom is staying at this hospital because she needs to have a heart procedure and I have to say that this nurses have been like angels to her Kristina and Lisa, marie! They are very caring loving and all I have heard are good feedback of my sister and my mom who are currently at the hospital !! We need more staff like them !!! Please keep valuing this GREAT nurses because it is what really keeps us to come back !!! I really appreciate having people like them on my Family life !! Again is very hard to find good people now days ln hospitals ; this is why people sometimes they leave to another country to do any procedure . But we are glad we found a good hospital and great staff !! Including dr lamelas and all the staff ! The good is also very good and the room is very very clean ! Also Rachelle from the lab took my mom blood and she was so good !! My mom vains are difficult and she took the blood in one try ! Amazing staff very professional .

Brought my 93 year old father there with pneumonia and other symptoms. He has the brain of a 50 year old but afib. He has gone through two hospital stays in the last year because of retaining fluid in his lungs. He fights like no other when he gets out I’ve never seen anyone go through PT and end up being the perfect person he always was. This time as we were in the hospital, the attending physician after a weeklong visit only actually spoke to me once and her bedside manner was pathetic. She told him his warranty has worn out… It left my father, leaving there with totally no Hope the fight that was always in his eyes was gone and he just had nothing left to fight for. We all know our time is going to come but to be so Blatantly mean in my eyes. Today my father is back home and is doing really well again, but he has canceled all plans to do anything in the next couple months because of what she said. We all know he probably has a good six months to a year. But he has changed his opinion of life to planning for his death instead of living each day to the fullest. I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. I went to the ER only to receive an allergy injection. Before leaving, I paid $894.80, and I believed that was the full cost of my visit because no one informed me that I would receive additional bills. Just 3 days later, I received another bill for $1,564, which I paid. Then, 17 days after my ER visit, on June 29, I received yet another bill from TeamHealth for $1,358. What concerns me the most is that multiple tests were performed during my visit, but no one explained why they were necessary or informed me that they would result in additional charges. I came to the ER for an allergy injection, yet I was never given an explanation for why those tests were performed. I sent messages through MyChart requesting an itemized bill, a detailed explanation of every charge, and the medical reason for each test that was performed. As of today, I have not received any response. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency about costs, and answers when they ask legitimate questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I brought my husband to NCH ER early morning of 6/27/26. Everyone from ER to Cardic care was exceptional. Mostly I would like everyone to know how incrediable this Hospital and staff are. If you have heard rumors of bad service in the past understand that is NO longer the case. I've had 4 family members in ER & admitted in the last 2 1/2 years. Trust me the "Powers that Be" have incorpated nothing less than the highest standard of care👍 Everyone was knowledgeble, friendly and professional. I believe in second chance. All things can improve and NCH is definetly shown that with the required quality service standards and the caring & giving of right of employees have made a positive difference. No one wants to go to the hospital but don't hesitate to go to NCH, North Naples for your care. Most of my Doctors are from Physcians Regional Medical Group. I still never hesitate to use NCH. I received excellent care at NCH Hospital in North Naples. From my surgeon to the anesthesiologist, nurses, and the entire medical team, everyone was highly professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. Reading negative reviews before a procedure can be frightening, especially when you are a patient with medical concerns waiting for your turn. I want to reassure others that not every experience is a difficult one. Mine truly went above and beyond my expectations. I am deeply grateful to every person who took care of me. Thank you for your dedication and kindness.
